4月15日に「三田市 非常事態 宣言(さんだし ひじょうじたい せんげん)」が 出(だ)されました。

三田市(さんだし)は 市民(しみん)の 皆様(みなさま)に
・生活(せいかつ)するため以外(いがい)の 外出(がいしゅつ)をしないこと と、
・「3つの密(みつ)」《密閉(みっぺい)＝閉（し）め切（き）ること》、《密集(みっしゅう)=人（ひと）が集（あつ）まること》、《密接(みっせつ)＝人（ひと）と近（ちか）づくこと》を避(さ)けること
を 求(もと)めています。
また、事業者(じぎょうしゃ)には
・在宅勤務(ざいたくきんむ) や
・感染防止(かんせんぼうし) の 対策(たいさく)をとること
を求(もと)め、
休業(きゅうぎょう)を 求(もと)められている 事業者(じぎょうしゃ)もあります。

the new corona virus diseases on April 15th.
Sanda City requires the citizens not to go out except to live,
and to avoid the “Three Cs” (Closed spaces with poor ventilation, Crowded places with many people nearby, Closed – contact settings such as close-range conversations.)
In addition, Business operators are required to do Telecommuting, and to take measures to prevent the infection, and to take a leave .
